If you are familiar with this blog, you
know that back in December of 2010 I put up a copy of a book I had written,
Looking Out For Number One. The book is no longer available on this blog because
it is now an eBook at Amazon.
So, here's the deal, and right on time
for Father's day, the book is being offered free for the next 5 days.
From
Friday June 19th until midnight of Tuesday June 23rd the
book will be free to download on Kindle/Amazon. Happy Father’s day! (or
whatever!) If you do download it, please (if you like it) write a review. The main purpose of this promotion is to acquire reviews, thereby
increasing the chances that others might find it when they search for something
to read.
The story is like a parable of
discipleship. I wrote it for teen guys but it would apply to anyone. It deals
with hope and not giving up as a disciple. If a disciple should fall, how would
they rebuild what had been lost? This story might be something you could
recommend to anyone who has struggled and fallen or to someone who needs
encouragement to persevere.
So to be clear, from this moment to
midnight on the June 23rd the book will be free. On Wednesday June
24th, book will be for sale again.
